Refund policy

At Libo Mart, we offer free returns & exchanges for all orders.

Our return policy lasts 60 days, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email used to place the order)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include a photo or video of the item. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how to return your package.


Return Shipping

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Simply:

  • Pack the item securely
  • Attach the label
  • Drop it off at your local post office

Important Notice

  • Do NOT send your item back before contacting us
  • Unauthorized returns are subject to a $20 USD fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Banks may take additional time

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase
  • After that, cancellation is not possible

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs

Lost packages will be reshipped at no cost.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes.

No refunds will be issued for refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees.
